Clover is seeking a skilled Process Control Engineer to join its Technical Services team at the Clayville manufacturing facility. You will support multiple sites by ensuring systemic reliability and adherence to control systems standards across Clover’s production processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience implementing control system design principles across manufacturing sites
- Fluent in business English with strong advanced computer literacy
- Experience liaising with senior management and managing people
- Flexibility to travel overnight and work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of standardised control system designs across all manufacturing facilities
- Translate standard engineering and automation requirements into scalable plant designs
- Provide technical support on automation specifications, equipment standards, and documentation for new product development (NPD)
- Support Project Engineering teams with Business Investigation Reports (BIR) and Full Business Cases (FBC), including cost modelling and technical design
- Lead detailed control system engineering execution where required—HMI configuration, commissioning, diagnostics, and documentation
- Offer technical backup for internal stakeholders including production, distribution, and facilities teams for fault-finding and system enhancements
