Clover is recruiting a dedicated Clerk: Driver Reconciliations to join their finance team in Queensburgh. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate reconciliation of driver documentation and deposits and maintain precise data capture within the Clover ERP system.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or National Certificate
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Fluent in business English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Ability to reconcile data accurately and follow up on discrepancies
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile driver delivery documentation and agent-generated paperwork daily
- Check and control reconciled invoices and follow up on discrepancies
- Capture reconciliations accurately in Clover’s ERP system
- Report on any deviations or errors in a timely manner
- Ensure completion and accuracy of assigned reconciliation tasks
