Clover is seeking a skilled Artisan: Millwright to join its Production Maintenance team in Queensburgh. This hands-on role involves performing electromechanical repairs, troubleshooting packaging and high-speed production machinery, and supporting overall plant uptime in a food manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Trade‑tested Millwright qualification
- N‑Levels in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience working with high-speed machinery, packaging equipment, PLC, SCADA, pneumatic and electrical controls in a manufacturing plant
- Own toolbox and willingness to work confined-space environments
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and standby as required

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose and repair machinery failures to ensure maximum availability
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of breakdowns and implement improvements
- Perform maintenance on steam, refrigeration, water, and processing systems
- Support production and maintenance teams with technical guidance
- Complete job cards and update maintenance records accurately
- Backup and update control software as needed
- Participate in Way Better teams to optimise plant operations
