An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to join Tekkie Town at Witbank Saveways. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving profitability, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- At least 2 years’ experience in a retail management role
- Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language
- Must reside in Witbank or surrounding areas
- Valid driver’s license and own transport will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise turnover and meet monthly budgets
- Manage all store operations, including administration, visual merchandising, and promotions
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures
- Control stock losses and manage inventory
- Keep up with stock trends, including unpacking and placement
- Enforce brand standards and ensure exceptional customer service
- Play a key role in coaching, succession planning, and staff development
- Ensure the store reflects the Tekkie Town culture and values
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the store
- Be available for evaluations/assessments as required
