Dunns is inviting applications for a P45 Sales Assistant position at its Mbabane Swazi Plaza 264 store. This role is ideal for a motivated and service-driven individual ready to support retail operations while ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12
- Prior retail or sales experience is advantageous
- Computer literate with a basic understanding of till systems
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assist in protecting store assets including stock, cash, and physical resources
- Ensure efficient implementation of visual merchandising standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Support management in daily store operations
- Maintain proper stockroom administration including markdowns and lay-bys
- Carry out merchandise replenishment and ensure store cleanliness and order
