Dunns is currently looking for a P45 Sales Assistant to join their team at Engcobo 361. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role for someone passionate about retail, sales, and delivering excellent service. The successful candidate will assist store management in day-to-day operations while supporting the store’s sales performance and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Previous sales or retail experience
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with point-of-sale systems
- Good communication skills in English (additional South African languages beneficial)

- Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Follow proper store and department layout standards
- Assist in the protection of all store assets – stock, cash, and equipment
- Ensure proper procedures for stock room, markdowns, and lay-bys
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Apply all company policies and procedures accurately and consistently
