SPCC is currently seeking a P40 Shop Assistant to join their team at The Pavilion Mall in Westville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion, retail, and exceptional customer service. The role is contract-based and focused on supporting the store team during busy trading periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in retail
- Basic computer literacy
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care through active engagement and service
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending products
- Ensure accurate till operations, maintaining minimal overs/unders
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Apply SPCC’s hospitality drivers to every customer interaction
- Assist in stock replenishment, product layout, and promotional displays
- Uphold store standards for merchandising, hygiene, and teamwork
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
