Minimum Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12)
Key Skills and Competencies
- Prior sales experience in a retail environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to plan daily tasks effectively and efficiently
- Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office applications and POS systems
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and team members
- Attention to detail in merchandising and store operations
- Ability to manage stress and stay composed in a busy environment
- Demonstrates high integrity, energy, and a self-starting attitude
- Works well in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure protection of all store assets including stock, cash, and equipment
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Support with correct store layout and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stockroom management, markdowns, and lay-by processes
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, ensuring merchandise is replenished efficiently
- Work closely with store management in the daily operations of the shop
