Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Must reside in or around Postmasburg, Free State
- Previous experience in retail or sales will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement effective merchandise presentation and store layout
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Protect company assets including stock, cash, and physical infrastructure
- Maintain stockroom accuracy with mark-downs and lay-by administration
- Support management in the daily operations of the store
- Ensure store cleanliness, merchandise replenishment, and housekeeping standards are maintained
