Shatterprufe ARG is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations and systems. This role will ensure accurate stock flow, align logistics processes with internal systems, manage costs, and lead a high-performing team to consistently deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar field (advantageous)
- 8+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution environments, preferably in automotive or OEM/FMCG
- At least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role
- Proficiency with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Industrial Relations frameworks and OHS standards

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate delivery and stock control
- Align WMS with SAP systems to guarantee data integrity and operational fluidity
- Maintain stock accuracy (targeting 99.5% or better), conduct cycle counts, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee transport and maintenance providers, manage SLA compliance, and optimize logistics costs
- Lead staff performance, discipline, and development through coaching and IDP frameworks
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders (internal/external) and represent warehouse operations effectively
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, inventory levels, and financial variances
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance across warehouse operations
