- Matric (Grade 12)
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact confidently with customers
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and support team objectives
- Attention to detail in all store-related tasks
- Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively
- Stress tolerance and ability to work in a high-pressure retail environment
- Computer literacy (basic MS Office and POS systems)
- High level of integrity and self-initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure asset protection: safeguarding of stock, cash, staff, and physical infrastructure
- Implement company procedures and store policies accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service across all touchpoints
- Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping
- Oversee and support stockroom functions, including markdowns and lay-by procedures
- Support store layout adjustments and visual merchandising initiatives
