Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)

- Customer service orientation – ability to serve customers with professionalism

- High level of integrity and initiative
- Tolerance for stress in a high-paced retail setting
- Basic computer literacy
- Effective daily planning and task management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong stock control and reduce losses
- Protect company assets, including stock, cash, store equipment, and team members
- Deliver superior customer service in line with Dunns standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Ensure effective stock replenishment and merchandising
- Assist with the administration of markdowns, lay-byes, and storeroom organization
- Implement store layout changes as required
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
