Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Ted Baker experience. You will support customers with enthusiasm and professionalism while maintaining high visual and operational standards. You’ll represent the brand in every interaction and contribute toward the store’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service in line with Ted Baker’s global brand standards.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best product solutions.
- Maintain merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is always clean and well-presented.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Uphold Ted Baker’s visual merchandising standards and execute store promotions and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate key features and benefits to customers.
- Support the team in inventory counts and daily store operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A natural flair for style, fashion, and customer service.
- Confidence, positivity, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for the Ted Baker brand and an understanding of fashion trends and industry movements.
- Students in Fashion, Retail Management, or Sports Management are encouraged to apply.
