RCL FOODS is looking for a Receptionist to join their Baking Division in Benoni. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining order in a dynamic environment, and ensuring smooth communication within an organisation, this could be your next big opportunity.
As the face and voice of the Benoni Bakery, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating professional first impressions while assisting with a variety of administrative responsibilities that support internal teams and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with an organised and systems-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Front Office & Call Management
- Manage all incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Control the switchboard and ensure prompt routing of calls
- Handle customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism
- Maintain a neat, welcoming and organised front-desk area
Administrative Support
- Assist multiple departments with routine administrative tasks
- Help compile reports as needed by management or internal teams
- Update and manage Service Level Agreements
- Keep noticeboards up to date with the latest internal communications
- Maintain availability records for the Training Centre
Sales & Operational Coordination
- Support telesales and fill in when required
- Assist with price surveys and related customer service functions
- Issue and manage Driver’s Invoice books
