Role Overview: What You’ll Do
The Floor Assistant is responsible for:
- Drawing stock from the storeroom on request
- Unpacking, labelling, and shelving merchandise in the correct locations
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor and storeroom
- Assisting customers with locating products if required
- Reporting low or damaged stock
- Supporting the team to ensure excellent in-store presentation and product availability
This position is key to ensuring VKB Retail’s shelves are stocked efficiently and customers have a positive shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification
- Previous retail or agricultural retail experience is an added advantage
