Programme Overview
The Civil Engineering Graduate Programme is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical, on-the-job training in a highly technical and regulated environment. Based in Limpopo and possibly extending to other Fraser Alexander sites nationally, the programme provides exposure to real-time civil engineering projects within the mining and infrastructure space.
This graduate programme is structured to offer guided workplace learning in specialised disciplines within civil engineering, ensuring that participants gain valuable experience in line with industry standards and Fraser Alexander’s operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

BSc Degree / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil Engineering (completed or pending graduation by July 2025).
Entry Requirements

Must be medically fit and meet the requirements for working in a mining environment.

Must pass Client Screening, including criminal background checks and induction requirements.

Applicants must be currently unemployed.

Candidates must be willing to undergo psychometric assessments as part of the evaluation process.

Fraser Alexander will verify all qualifications during the recruitment process.

Applicants must not have participated in any previous graduate development programme in civil engineering.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to any of Fraser Alexander’s operational sites across South Africa.
