Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of driving sales across the logistics and transport portfolio. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing deals, and managing key accounts while aligning with operational and service excellence standards. This position offers a basic salary of R25,000 per month, plus commission, fuel allowance, a company cell phone, and a laptop—a competitive package for a go-getter in the logistics space.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quality leads through outbound efforts and market intelligence

Build and maintain strong customer relationships in logistics, warehousing, and transport sectors

Conduct on-site client visits to evaluate needs and promote service offerings

Drive new business by securing long-term logistics contracts and fleet solutions

Negotiate pricing and service agreements to increase margins and market share

Maintain detailed client records, call reports, and pipeline activity logs

Prepare and deliver sales and budget forecasts

Assist clients with quotes, product information, and support after sales

Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports to management
-
Open new client accounts and assist with onboarding processes

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – essential
-
Proven success in a sales role within logistics, transport, courier, fleet or warehousing

Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in logistics B2B sales

Strong business development and negotiation skills
-
Excellent English and Afrikaans communication (verbal and written)

Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence (no endorsements)

Highly professional, well-spoken, and presentable

Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

Willingness to conduct market research and engage new prospects independently

Candidates with industry-adjacent experience in fleet or warehousing will also be considered
