Role Overview
As a Runner at Ampath’s Medicare Lab in Rustenburg, you are a key support member in the healthcare delivery process. You are entrusted with ensuring specimens, reports, and essential medical items are transported accurately and efficiently. Your assistance helps streamline daily clinic operations and directly contributes to a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities

Delivering medical reports and documents within the clinic and to designated locations

Collecting specimens and ensuring safe and secure transport to the appropriate laboratory areas

Assisting nursing and medical staff with basic logistical or administrative support

Ensuring timely movement of materials to maintain uninterrupted care delivery

Supporting other general operational tasks that help the clinic function efficiently

Promoting a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 (Essential)

Basic understanding of computers and digital administrative processes

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to organisation, time management, and basic safety procedures
Skills and Competencies

Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans for clear communication
