ROLE OVERVIEW
TWK Agri is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Salesman (Parts) to join the Standerton Mechanisation team in Mpumalanga. This position plays a vital role in supporting the branch’s trade operations, especially in agricultural parts sales. From generating quotes and invoices to managing customer relationships and assisting with stock control, the role demands a motivated individual with a passion for sales and an understanding of mechanisation products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the manager in supervising all activities and services within the parts division

Handle general administrative functions including data entry, filing, and order processing

Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients based on their equipment and parts needs

Produce customer invoices and follow up on payment queries
-
Deliver top-tier customer care, addressing product questions and resolving issues quickly
-
Contribute to customer satisfaction through professional service and communication

Support inventory management and assist with regular stock-taking
-
Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales and parts storage area

Assist in achieving branch sales targets through upselling and client engagement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point-of-sale systems

Valid driver’s license

Previous experience in agricultural parts sales is highly advantageous

Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment is a strong plus
