ROLE OVERVIEW
VKB Group is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Picker to join the NTK Distribution Centre in Mokopane. This role plays a vital part in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, checking, packing, and dispatch of stock, maintaining stock control, and supporting overall logistics efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick, check, and pack stock accurately according to orders

Receive and dispatch stock efficiently to maintain supply chain flow

Control and monitor stock levels to prevent discrepancies

Operate forklift equipment safely and proficiently (forklift license advantageous)

Manually handle products weighing up to 15kg, adhering to safety protocols
-
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate

At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or distribution role

Forklift license will be an advantage but not essential

Ability to manually handle heavy products (up to 15kg) safely

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling

Excellent punctuality and reliable work ethic

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
