ROLE OVERVIEW
The Picker Packer role based in Pinetown is an essential part of ACDC Dynamics’ warehouse team. The selected candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders with precision, managing inventory in accordance with standard practices, and ensuring outbound packages are labeled and secured correctly. This is a permanent role that suits candidates with a keen eye for detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and capable of following standard operating procedures under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick stock accurately from requisitions and order sheets

Place products into appropriate bins, cartons, or containers
-
Wrap, label, and prepare items for dispatch using shrink wrap or strapping

Receive stock, check for damages or shortages, and verify counts
-
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
-
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Record all incoming and outgoing shipments accurately

Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors

Follow safety procedures and assist in maintaining warehouse security

Support warehouse operations and assist colleagues as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Matric certificate or equivalent (Grade 12 or GED)

Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse, picking or packing environment

Physically fit and agile with the ability to lift heavy goods
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
-
Strong verbal communication skills
-
Comfortable using basic tools and warehouse equipment

Team player with good interpersonal skills
-
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
