Fidelity Services Group, South Africa’s leading security solutions provider, is on the hunt for results-driven and dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultants to join its Gauteng team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to residential and commercial clients

Drive sales of upgrades, alarm systems, CCTV solutions, electric fencing, and other high-demand security technologies

Generate leads from both internal sources and self-sourced opportunities
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, architects, builders, and developers
-
Exceed monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance
-
Complete all administrative tasks related to sales accurately and on time
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Follow up on all quotes, leads, and pending client decisions to maximize conversion
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
-
PSIRA Grade C registration (mandatory)
-
1-3 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably in capital goods, security systems, or related sectors
-
Familiarity with alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or equivalent products is highly advantageous
-
Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet-based tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
