ROLE OVERVIEW
VKB Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join the NTK Retail team in Polokwane. This role involves performing various manual and general duties to support the smooth operation of the retail outlet and ensure excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with loading and offloading stock in accordance with company policies and procedures
-
Maintain cleanliness and general tidiness of the premises at all times
-
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
-
Support stock control activities and ensure stock is properly managed
-
Provide basic customer service support as required

Carry out ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management

Perform manual labor tasks, demonstrating physical endurance and reliability
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate

Ability to perform hard manual labor efficiently and safely

Strong service orientation and ability to work well with customers and suppliers

Accurate, thorough, and precise in task execution

Good health and physical fitness to perform demanding tasks
