ROLE OVERVIEW
TWK Agri’s BedRock division is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk (Admin) to join the Modikwa Timber Yard team in Burgersfort, Limpopo. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations through accurate documentation, efficient filing systems, and general administrative support. The position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in a structured and supportive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately complete all required documentation, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with company standards

Maintain and control filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents

Assist with various administrative duties as assigned by management, supporting operational needs

Ensure timely processing and distribution of documents within the department

Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth flow of paperwork and communication

Uphold confidentiality and data protection policies in handling sensitive information
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
