ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a trustworthy and energetic Cashier to join our retail team in Petrus Steyn. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring excellent client service, and contributing to smooth retail operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and control all cash and card transactions at the retail outlet

Handle Paypoint sales and client service with professionalism and accuracy

Process receipts from customers and card transactions, including back-office tasks

Ensure daily banking of all cash and cheques is completed timely and accurately

Manage conflict situations tactfully and maintain excellent customer relations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certification

Numeracy skills and attention to detail

Honesty and integrity are essential

Presentable, fast, energetic, and accurate in work approach

Excellent client service and conflict resolution skills

Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Office
