We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Nelspruit, supporting our administrative and finance operations. Role Overview

The Receptionist will serve as the face and voice of RCL Foods at our Nelspruit office, ensuring professional front-line support, efficient communication, and seamless administrative processes. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, customer-focused, and keen to contribute to an industry-leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage and control all incoming calls and front-desk queries

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Compile reports and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Manage switchboard operations ensuring efficient communication

  • Coordinate bookings and availability for the company’s Training Centre

  • Assist with general office administration and resolving daily queries

  • Relieve Cashiers when necessary

  • Maintain noticeboards with accurate and updated information

  • Oversee stationery purchases and issuing for departments and depots

  • Process purchase requisitions and goods received notes (GRNs) for the Admin Department

  • Keep registers for printed stationery and security seals updated

  • Manage the purchasing and issuing of cash machine bags and related stationery

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist or Customer Service role

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong administrative background and attention to detail

Competencies and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, diplomatic, and courteous demeanor

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels

  • Results-driven with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
