Qualification Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As an Intern in the Quality Control team, your daily activities will include:

Gaining practical experience in the Milling QC/QA processes

Participating in Laboratory testing and Quality Control of raw materials, in-process, and final products

Reporting any Food Safety and Quality Control deviations to relevant supervisors

Contributing to the site’s Food Safety Culture Plan

Participating in INVOCOMS (continuous improvement forums)

Capturing data in the LIMS system and issuing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Maintaining accurate records of all workplace exposure and activities in the official logbook, ensuring compliance with Seta and institutional requirements

Proactively communicating any academic requirements or formal training needs

Supporting the broader Quality Team across all manufacturing units on-site
