Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service

Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-
Provide superior customer service by ensuring an outstanding shopping experience
-
Assist customers with product queries and promote store offerings
Asset Protection
-
Ensure protection of all company assets including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
-
Implement company policies and procedures to prevent losses and maintain store security
Merchandising & Store Presentation
-
Maintain effective merchandise replenishment to keep displays fully stocked and appealing
-
Assist with store layout and ensure products are displayed in line with visual merchandising standards

Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a neat and organised store environment
Administration & Stock Management
-
Follow correct administrative procedures regarding stock room management, mark-downs, and lay-bys
-
Assist with accurate processing of stock transactions and paperwork
-
Ensure proper control and rotation of stock
