Our George branch is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our high-performing team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Executive who is passionate about cars, sales, and exceeding targets. In this role, you will engage with potential buyers, provide expert advice on our wide range of pre-owned vehicles, and guide clients through the entire sales process. Your ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals will directly contribute to your earning potential and the dealership’s success.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle requirements

Develop expert knowledge of WeBuyCars’ constantly evolving pre-owned vehicle inventory

Confidently recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs and preferences

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits

Provide transparent information on pricing, costs, and available add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate seamless vehicle purchases

Maintain consistent, high-quality customer service from initial interaction to final sale

Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential

Previous experience in car sales is highly advantageous

Proven sales track record with contactable references

Previous customer service experience is required

Valid South African driver’s license

Own reliable transport

Must reside within a 40km radius of the George branch
