Minimum Requirements

Approximately 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be advantageous

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera Property Management System
-
Bilingual communication skills are preferred

Strong accountability, innovative mindset, and motivational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional grooming, posture, and body language maintained at all times
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Services

Assist Front Office Management and supervisors with the daily reception procedures using hotel systems

Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a polite, friendly, and professional interaction

Ensure guest registration forms are accurately completed and updated in the reservation system

Maintain guest profiles including nationality statistics and guarantee payments according to company procedures
Front Office Management

Familiarize yourself fully with all hotel and company policies to ensure compliance

Maintain a tidy and well-organized Front Office area, safeguarding correspondence, dockets, and registration documents

Handle reservations and transactions efficiently to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals

Maintain an exceptional level of grooming, body language, and posture at all times

Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
