Programme Overview
The Future Leaders Development Programme: Human Resources is a 24-month structured graduate training initiative. It aims to prepare top-performing graduates for critical roles in Human Resources across the organization. The programme combines theoretical learning, hands-on projects, and cross-functional exposure to build essential leadership and professional skills.
Successful applicants will be exposed to various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance. The ultimate goal is to prepare candidates to contribute to Tiger Brands’ long-term people strategy and transformation agenda.
Who Should Apply

Graduates with a BCom in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology are especially encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship and legal work authorization
A relevant BCom or BTech qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Recent graduate (completed studies within the last year)
Minimum academic average of 65%
No more than 12 months of full-time work experience in the field (excluding internships and workplace-integrated learning)
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel
A valid South African driver’s license
Willingness to relocate for work across different Tiger Brands sites in South Africa
High levels of ambition, initiative, and self-motivation
Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
