✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

• 0 to 6 months’ experience (entry-level friendly)

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the UI Act, UI Contributions Act, and Public Service Regulations

  • Good communication and customer care skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles

🛠 Key Duties

• Receive and assess Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims

• Register employers and verify employee declarations

• Process and execute claim payments according to SOP

• Attend to queries about claims

• Perform all administrative tasks related to claims processing
