BUCO Legae la Batho is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme designed to equip participants with critical knowledge, practical skills, and real-world experience in the building materials industry.
This opportunity is ideal for youth who are currently unemployed, have limited work experience, and are committed to gaining a formal workplace-based qualification.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Through this learnership, you’ll receive:

Hands-on training in a retail environment, including exposure to customer service, merchandising, sales, and stock management.

Insight into the day-to-day operations of a BUCO retail store.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the learnership, candidates must:

Be a South African citizen

Be under the age of 35

Have a valid Matric / Grade 12 certificate

Have limited or no formal work experience

Not have participated in a W&R SETA Learnership previously

Be available and committed to completing the entire 12-month programme
