ROLE OVERVIEW
The 12-month learnership program at BUCO Athlone offers young South African learners a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop essential skills in the retail industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be a South African citizen

Below the age of 35

Have a National Senior Certificate (Matric)

Limited or no prior work experience

Have not previously participated in a W&R SETA learnership program

Computer literacy, especially in MS Office, is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good attention to detail and planning/organizing abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
