ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Store Manager with daily operational functions

Supervise store staff and monitor customer service standards

Ensure stock levels are maintained and merchandising guidelines are followed

Handle administrative duties including cash-ups, reporting, and staff rosters

Lead by example to promote teamwork and high staff morale

Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally

Monitor and manage store performance to meet targets

Step into a management role during the absence of the Store Manager

Participate in training and development activities to prepare for promotion
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric or equivalent qualification (essential)

At least two years of retail management experience (essential)

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a small team

Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Positive mindset, eager to learn and grow within the company

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required

Strong ability to manage store operations across boundaries

Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Ravenswood
