As a Data Capturing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of information and documents across departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, unpack, and distribute post and company mail

Capture supplier invoices accurately and efficiently into the system

Process inventory invoices and follow up on related queries

Conduct daily merges and generate acceptance reports weekly
-
Print invoices and compile weekly/monthly reports
-
Handle telephone queries with professionalism and clarity
-
Place and manage stationery orders
-
Assist stores with document requests and general administrative needs

Follow up on bonding stock during stock takes

Ensure all records are correctly filed and accessible

Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12) is essential

At least 1 year of experience in general administration

Computer literacy is essential, particularly:

MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced – must know formulas)

MS Word and Outlook
