ROLE OVERVIEW
VKB Milling in Frankfort is looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to take on the role of Returns Bran Loader. This entry-level position involves managing product returns and handling bran loading and packaging tasks. The successful candidate must be physically fit, ready to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work a six-day week, including night shifts when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate in the returns section and manage product returns in the system
-
Package bran efficiently and accurately into designated bags
-
Load bulk trucks in line with operational and safety standards

Perform daily safety inspections and complete the relevant checklists

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across the premises

Support quality control protocols and comply with internal and legislative requirements

Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading of goods

Perform manual labour and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service consistency
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification

Physical ability to carry out hard manual labour
-
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)

Availability for night shifts as required

Ability to read and understand instructions in English
-
Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety protocols

Adherence to Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards
