ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring 20 General Workers to support our Muldersdrift DC operations. These roles span a range of responsibilities in warehouse logistics, including Receiving, Picking, Loading, Cycle Counting, Forklift Operation, Reach Truck Operation, Auditing, and Combining. Candidates will be placed in roles that best suit their experience, skill level, and licensing (if applicable). This is a valuable opportunity for individuals who are looking to begin or grow a career in the retail supply chain industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your specific duties will depend on your role assignment. Responsibilities may include:
General Worker:

Return damaged, overstocked, and short-dated products to designated areas.

Maintain general cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Picker:
-
Pick store orders accurately based on picking slips.
-
Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Cycle Counter:
-
Perform inventory checks and track stock movement.
-
Assist with discrepancy reporting and reconciliation.
Forklift Driver:
-
Load/offload delivery trucks and transport pallets within the warehouse.

Comply with forklift safety protocols and inspection routines.
Reach Truck Driver:
-
Stack and retrieve products from warehouse racks using a reach truck.
-
Ensure safe operation and adherence to loading procedures.
Auditor:
-
Count and verify product accuracy and expiration dates.
-
Identify and report damaged or incorrect stock prior to dispatch.
Combiner:
-
Consolidate various items onto pallets.
-
Secure loads using shrink-wrap in preparation for delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Grade 12 / National Certificate (required).
-
0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (experience not required for general roles).

Forklift or Reach Truck license is mandatory for equipment operation roles.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Willing and available to work day and night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays.
