ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring 20 General Workers for our Wilsonia Distribution Centre. These roles are essential to ensuring seamless supply chain operations and the efficient delivery of goods to our retail outlets. Based on your skills and experience, you will be placed in a relevant position across multiple warehouse functions such as Receiving, Picking, Loading, Forklift Operation, Cycle Counting, Auditing, or Combining. These permanent roles are perfect for individuals eager to work in a high-paced, team-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on placement, your duties may include:
General Worker:
-
Handle all returned, damaged, overstocked, and expired stock efficiently.

Maintain order and assist in various tasks around the warehouse.
Picker:
-
Accurately pick stock according to order instructions (picking slips).

Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring quality and completeness.
Cycle Counter:
-
Perform routine stock checks and maintain stock accuracy.

Capture stock levels using warehouse systems.
Forklift Driver:
-
Load and offload trucks safely using a forklift.

Transport pallets within the warehouse space (valid license required).
Reach Truck Driver:
-
Stack and retrieve inventory from high storage racks using a reach truck.

Ensure the safety and maintenance of equipment (valid license required).
Auditor:
-
Verify outbound stock accuracy.

Identify and report damages or expired goods before dispatch.
Combiner:
-
Consolidate store-bound stock onto pallets.

Wrap and label goods securely for delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12) or National Senior Certificate (mandatory)

0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a logistics environment

Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license for applicable operator positions

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital inventory systems

Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Basic knowledge of numeracy and stock handling principles
