Role Overview
Servest Security is currently seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join their Gauteng division. Reporting directly to the Managing Executive, this leadership position is crucial in driving regional business growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve ambitious targets in the competitive security services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales management background, industry experience, and the ability to execute regional strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with clients to retain and grow accounts.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned region and implement an effective development plan to reach potential customers.

Negotiate new revenue contracts while managing existing client accounts to increase profitability.

Establish a solid sales pipeline by mapping regional business potential and aligning services with client needs.

Develop, present, and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed set targets.

Lead and support the sales team to drive performance, motivate staff, and ensure regional sales targets are met.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of professional presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and MS Office tools.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients.

Regularly meet with senior management and internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and share progress updates.

Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and budgets to support executive decision-making.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sale engagement and problem resolution.

Coordinate contract development and ensure all legal and operational requirements are clearly defined and executed.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related business qualification.

Valid driver’s license.

Own reliable vehicle.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the security industry or related service sectors.

Demonstrated success in managing regional sales operations and closing high-value deals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for client presentations and internal reporting.

Experience in pipeline management, contract negotiation, and strategic sales planning.
