Receptionist Role Overview
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This is a front-desk administrative role suited for someone who is confident, articulate, and possesses exceptional interpersonal and telephonic communication skills. You will represent TWK Agri professionally and help create a warm and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer and direct incoming telephone calls to relevant staff and departments

Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area for visitors and clients

Greet and assist walk-in guests, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to

Manage the reception schedule and coordinate visitor logs and appointments

Provide administrative assistance where required, especially with office stationery and supplies

Support internal teams by communicating messages and handling front-office queries

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, particularly when handling sensitive information

Deliver an overall professional and polished front-of-house experience to all external and internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 certificate is essential

Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant will be advantageous but not required

Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency is important, including Outlook and Word)

Excellent command of three South African languages: English, Afrikaans, and isiZulu

Strong and confident telephonic voice, with exceptional etiquette and clarity

Outstanding people skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Professional appearance and attitude, with good time management and organizational skills
