Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for offering tailored financial advice and products to a diverse client base in the East Rand and Vaal areas. This role is ideal for confident, driven, and ambitious individuals eager to make a mark in the financial services industry. You will manage client relationships, analyze their financial goals, and recommend Liberty’s wide range of life insurance, investment, and savings solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend suitable Liberty products

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Manage and grow a personal client portfolio

Stay informed of changes in the financial industry and Liberty’s offerings

Prepare and submit performance reports to internal stakeholders

Engage both individual clients and organizations within the mid- to low-income markets
Qualifications and Experience
-
Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement)

A FAIS-recognized qualification must be obtained within 6 years of DOFA
-
Own laptop or tablet is essential for daily business activities
-
Sales experience (telephonic or face-to-face) is advantageous
-
Financial industry experience is beneficial, but not required
Technical Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of South Africa’s financial products and market trends

Strong understanding of life insurance, investments, and retirement planning

Ability to adhere to compliance, legislative and ethical requirements

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
