As part of the continued growth and commitment to financial accuracy and compliance, Hyundai is now hiring a Creditors Clerk to join its professional finance team.
Role Overview
The Creditors Clerk will play a critical role in supporting financial operations through accurate and timely processing of creditor-related transactions. This includes handling payments, reconciliations, VAT submissions, property billing, and maintaining detailed records of financial activities across multiple departments including Property Management, Marketing, and Municipal services.
Key Responsibilities

Create accurate and compliant Purchase Orders (POs)

Process supplier invoices and payments, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and monthly external creditors

Reconcile creditor accounts across multiple categories such as Marketing, PRCC, and COD vendors
-
Handle sundry invoicing related to monthly expenses and inter-departmental charges

Assist with monthly reconciliations and general filing duties

Process creditor payments for property-related companies

Manage rent billing and recovery, including the preparation of rental schedules

Administer municipal/metro account billing and recovery, including query resolution

Follow up on outstanding municipal accounts and ensure timely issue resolution

Prepare and submit VAT returns for properties under management

Open new creditors and debtors accounts for property companies

Maintain detailed property schedules and track billing cycles

Create and process POs for property creditor payments

Prepare accurate General Ledger (GL) reconciliations

Handle monthly loan account statements and interest verification
Qualifications and Experience

A post-matric finance qualification is required

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or property sectors

Experience using Drive or Automate systems will be advantageous

Previous importer experience is highly desirable
