Role Overview
RCL Foods is inviting dynamic, driven, and enthusiastic graduates in Chemical Engineering to join its Management Trainee Programme in 2025. This 3-year structured development journey is designed to equip emerging professionals with both the technical and leadership skills required for long-term success in the food manufacturing industry.
Based primarily across Mpumalanga, successful candidates will gain invaluable hands-on experience in sugar manufacturing operations while undergoing structured mentorship, technical training, and soft skills development. Key Responsibilities

Gain operational and technical exposure in RCL Foods’ sugar manufacturing plants

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Final year or completed B.Eng / B.Sc Engineering / BTech in Chemical Engineering

Strong academic performance, especially in 2nd and 3rd-year majors

Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident

Computer literacy (proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel)

A valid South African driver’s license is preferred
