Role Overview

If so, this Beauty Assistant position at Clicks North Cape Mall is your perfect match. As a Beauty Advisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and support the entire beauty department. This role focuses on delivering superior customer service, driving sales through expert product recommendations, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation to customers, advising them on skincare and beauty product options based on their unique needs.

Promote, cross-sell, and upsell products to boost sales and meet monthly revenue targets.

Monitor department sales performance and suggest strategic improvements to increase profitability.

Stay current with product ranges, promotions, events, and trends to provide accurate and insightful customer support.

Maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked beauty department with clear product displays and adherence to Clicks’ merchandising guidelines.

Reduce stock loss by following proper inventory management, security, and shrinkage control procedures.

Keep the department clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional in-store experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Promote and assist customers in signing up for the Clicks ClubCard to drive loyalty and customer retention.

Focus on promoting private label and exclusive product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and profit margins.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Desirable:
-
A relevant beauty or skincare qualification
-
Experience in retail, beauty, skincare, sales, marketing, or the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment
Skills and Competencies

In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty products
