Role Overview
As a Part-Time Sales Consultant at iStore Walmer Park, you will play a key role in driving product sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple devices. Key Responsibilities

Engage customers with a friendly, professional, and informative approach

Demonstrate and explain the full Apple product lineup, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their lifestyle, work, or entertainment requirements

Stay up-to-date with new Apple features, product updates, and in-store promotions

Help maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organised retail space

Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience

Support the iStore team during peak trading times and promotions

Contribute to meeting store targets and exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks
Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate (Senior Certificate)

Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous

Basic understanding of Apple products or strong willingness to learn

Availability to work flexible hours, primarily over weekends and public holidays
