Role Overview

The Manager: Field Case Management will be responsible for leading and managing field-based rehabilitation and health case services. This includes coordinating long-term healthcare solutions for injured claimants, developing cost-effective recovery strategies, and ensuring high-quality clinical support that aligns with RAF’s strategic goals. The incumbent will oversee operational teams, healthcare provider relationships, and internal processes to support claimant well-being and community reintegration.
