Purpose of the Learnership Programme
The Learner Administration: Finance role is designed to provide entry-level learners with essential theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience. This 12-month learnership combines academic learning aligned with an NQF qualification and hands-on work experience aimed at building skills and workplace readiness within the finance domain.
Programme Overview

Theoretical Component: Covers foundational business skills such as Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication, and Computer Skills.

Practical Component: Learners will provide administrative support to finance managers and departments to enhance operational effectiveness and prepare for future career opportunities.
Requirements

Education: Matric / Grade 12 essential.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance with majors in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, or Auditing is advantageous.

Experience: 0-1 year relevant experience, suitable for entry-level candidates.
