Role Overview
Kia Diep River is currently looking to fill two permanent positions for New Vehicle Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic, target-driven individuals with a strong passion for automotive sales. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating new vehicle transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the dealership’s overall sales targets through proactive prospecting and sales management.
Key Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful transactions

Process and follow up on new customer leads using CRM tools and predefined processes

Provide professional, timely, and accurate service to customers during all phases of the sales process

Execute transactions in accordance with internal policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines, including FICA, POPIA, and the Consumer Protection Act

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of vehicle product offerings and features
-
Participate in marketing initiatives and events aimed at driving showroom traffic and lead generation

Finalize negotiations, close deals, and ensure accurate documentation for each sale

Ensure post-sale follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships

Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive brand experience

Work collaboratively with finance and admin departments to ensure smooth deal finalization

Report on performance metrics to sales management for planning and strategic improvements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 certificate – essential
-
3 to 5 years of sales experience within the automotive industry or a similar retail environment

Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales targets

A valid South African driver’s license – essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Persuasive selling skills and ability to close deals efficiently

Professional knowledge of automotive products, services, and market dynamics
