Role Overview
The Salesperson role at Incredible Connection is centered on delivering a world-class customer experience while driving in-store sales. As the first point of contact, the Salesperson will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, offering tailored product solutions, and meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through active sales engagement and upselling techniques

Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance benchmarks

Maintain an appealing and well-stocked merchandise display that draws in customers

Perform point-of-sale processes including cash and credit transactions in line with company policy

Ensure customers receive outstanding service and personalized advice throughout the sales cycle

Support the store team with inventory checks, stock placement, and pricing updates

Assist in resolving customer queries or issues quickly and professionally
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (essential)

7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment

Good understanding of consumer electronics, gadgets, and related tech products

Strong interpersonal communication and customer service orientation
